Thanksgiving at the Thompson Chicago

We are officially two weeks away from one of the best days of the year – Thanksgiving! A day reserved for friends, family and delicious food.

This year I have the honor of partnering with the Thompson Chicago Hotel and Nico Osteria giving four lucky families the Thanksgiving of their dreams. Taking place in their gorgeous penthouses, your lucky family can enjoy a meal that simply can’t be beat by one of Chicago’s hottest restaurants in town.

The table will be set to fall perfection with floral from CJDE, captured here beautifully by Averyhouse. Highlighting fall’s rich wine berry colors, I had too much fun dreaming up this luxe yet cozy table.

Flowering kale and artichokes highlight Thanksgiving’s rich bounty where burgundy dahlia and deep purple thistle and beauty and texture. The only thing that can make Nico Osteria’s menu even more delicious is LBrown Design and Paperie’s gorgeously designed menus and personalized place cards.

Nimble Well’s amber-colored glassware adds vintage glamour to our table and BBJ Linen and Tablescapes Rentals complete the look with rustic chic wingback chairs and golden basket weave chargers.

After a second trip to pastry chef Amanda Rockman’s pie bar slip upstairs in the Thompson’s lofted suite. Aaah…a Thanksgiving that can’t be beat.
